Agape Enterprise is a Maryland-based management consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of business operating systems for CEOs, independent medical practices, and government agencies. Our work begins where most consulting engagements stop — at the operational level, inside the infrastructure that already exists, with the teams that are already there. We do not recommend new tools before we understand what existing ones are capable of. We do not automate before we document. We do not deploy before we prepare the people who will operate what we build. This sequence is not a methodology preference. It is the reason implementations succeed.
The Founder

Kalin Joy is the founder of Agape Enterprise and author of 10X Time with Automation, AI Agents and Systems — CEO Edition. A certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, and LEED Accredited Professional with over 20 years of experience delivering financial and business management services to public and private sector organizations, she has supported government agencies with operational systems implementation and Zero Trust security framework adoption. Her transition into AI strategy consulting was a direct extension of that work — applying the same discipline of documentation, governance, and systems thinking to the challenge of AI integration for organizational leaders. She founded Agape Enterprise on a single conviction: that a business operating with documented systems, an empowered team, and full operational transparency begins with the right knowledge — and the right infrastructure to act on it.
